Our privacy and cookie statement in short
When processing data, we adhere to privacy laws. This means, among other things, that we:
- clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data. We do so through this privacy and cookie statement;
- Store as little personal data as possible and only the data necessary for our purposes;
- Ask for your consent in cases where your consent is required;
- take necessary security measures to protect your personal data. We also enforce these responsibilities on parties who process personal data for us;
- respect your rights, such as your right to access, modify or delete personal data.
This privacy and cookie statement concerns the processing of personal data by Boerejongens. Boerejongens is a trade name of Graan B.V. and AFS B.V.
For what purposes do we use your personal data?
Services
In order to sell our products, we generally do not need any personal data. Only when you pay by debit or credit card, we receive certain payment information from your bank. This is necessary to be able to fulfill the agreement with you. We are legally obliged to keep our records for 7 years according to the fiscal retention period.
Camera surveillance
To monitor public order around our Boerejongens locations in Amsterdam, we employ Buurtgastheren. They wear bodycams with which any incidents can be recorded. We, our visitors and employees, the city and the police have a justified interest in this, specifically the security of our locations, visitors, employees, products and public order. Images are only recorded in the event of a threatening incident. If we do not wish to take further (criminal) action, the images are deleted within 7 days. If we do, the images are kept until the incident, possibly in cooperation with the police, has been dealt with.
